Bridal Shower Invitation

Designing for brides can be especially challenging. This bride happened to be my sister. Despite having the advantage of knowing her well, I knew that I could not fail to meet the bride's expectations.

The design is a mixture of modern design easthetic with classic tea party subject matter. The feminine, yet strong and colorful flowers are a stark contrast to the gray background. These attributes speak to the bride's own personality; as a school teacher, she is both tough and nurturing.
